About Us
When Foxrock Girls Gaelic Club was founded in 2000 they had no home pitch and Foxrock Parish kindly granted the newly formed Girls Gaelic Club the facility on the Parish Field in Cornelscourt. Wednesday evening became our official training evening with matches at the weekend. In 2005 Foxrock Ladies Gaelic club amalgamated with Cabinteely Ladies GAA to become Foxrock Cabinteely GAA Club. As the club continued to grow we trained and played our matches at both Kilbogget and Cornelscourt.
Players come mainly from the areas of Foxrock, Cabinteely, Ballybrack, Loughlinstown and Shankill, having gone to local National schools St Patrick's, Hollypark, St Brigid’s Cabinteely, Our Lady of Good Counsel (Johnstown Girls) and St Anne's in Shankill.
